  • As a 12 year pro, it’s very hard for me to trust anyone with my body because I feel like I know my body better than anyone else. However, I realized after the first team warmup that Barak knew what he was doing and that I would be able to trust him with my body and learn from him as well. I was most impressed by his attention to detail and individualization in his workouts. Whether you played 35+ minutes or didn't play at all, he took the time to help each player out and maximize their potential. He is the only coach that I’ve seen or heard of that changes his warmup before every practice. I thought it was incredible. Last but not least, he’s just a cool fun guy who’s nice to be around. All in all, Barak is the man and you certainly wouldn’t go wrong if you hired him to train you!

  • The real deal! We did a lot of explosive work and he even taught me how to breath correctly while we trained together. Very detailed and really helped me understand what I can get out of the exercises when done correctly. My conditioning this past season was one of the best I ever had! I’ve worked with trainers globally but his attention to detail like I said was real key and is second to none. I can hit him up about exercises and he’ll send me videos demonstrating the exercise!!
