With each player I train, I work backwards by getting to know each athlete, his or her needs, wants and goals in order to create a program specific to him or her. True coaching.

  • Being agile and making quick decisions on the court are extremely important qualities of a high level basketball player. Honing in on reactive decision making and becoming a quicker player will translate directly to the court when it’s go time.

  • I will work with and challenge you to become as strong and powerful as possible. As athletes, we want to be able to be as strong and tough as possible in our respective sports, and it all starts with continuing to build foundations.

  • Integrating injury prevention work is something we will spend a lot of time on. I care a lot about making sure that we do everything we can to build and create a strong, durable and heavy duty system and body.

  • Work with me individually to get your body prepared and ready for game speed and competition. You will go through an individualized program with specific progressions as your body adapts and recovers to prepare you for all movements and speeds in your sport.

  • Before any of your strength and power gains, we need to build a tank - a conditioning system that will be ready for all forces and loads, durable enough to push through fatigue and resistant to injury.

  • Going back to the basics of running and sprinting mechanics can help you become a quicker and faster athlete. Together we will break down these mechanics and fix any movements that need to be worked on to increase your athleticism.

  • Finding limitations in movement will be a huge unlock for success in the weight room and movement preparation work we do. As you become more mobile, your athleticism and movement as a whole will not only improve but you will feel better and recover quicker.

  • Between your practice, game and strength training schedules, it can be really difficult to manage your load on your own. Our training days are always based on intensity and your weekly load, so we will have recovery training days together to make sure we are always dosing your body the right amount.

  • If you are looking to lose weight, now is the time. Let’s do it. Not only do I want to help, but I want to make sure that you enjoy the process of doing so. We will create a program which includes many of the aerobic activities you enjoy doing, so it’s fun and challenging along the way.
